AJCC was retained by AU1, an Australian based developer, to manage the interior renovation and repositioning of an existing, dated, garden style apartment complex in the heart of Buckhead. AJCC completed the renovations of 23 units in 90 days to meet development deadlines impacted by prior renovation efforts. The project was completed on time and on budget.
