Ryan’s first completed project in South Carolina, Greenville County Square – Plaza Hardscapes under our new General Contracting Company – Andrew Scott Construction & Development.    Ryan was first contacted in May 2025 to fast track construction of $1.5M of hardscapes while development deadlines were falling behind and meet a looming deadline of July 4th, 2025. 

AJCC worked in conjunction with ASCD who provided design assist and professional services to design build the project as necessary and successfully met that deadline for a significant County event. 

The project included a central fountain surrounded by pavers, wide sidewalks, steps and seat walls in a logarithmic pattern including lighted bollards, light poles and tree uplighting throughout and a large greenspace for public use.  The project is located directly adjacent to the Veterans Memorial at the County building and special care was taken to protect the monuments and general public.  Surely something everyone needs to visit while in Greenville and just a short walk up Church Street from Swamp Rabbit Trail on Reedy River.
