AJCC provided Construction Management on the Adaptive Re-use conversion of an existing 3 story Type 1A structure, gutted to its bones and added Structural Timber to convert to 5 story a Type IV, HT 397,319sf office. Including a brand new Precast 5 story 905 space Parking Deck.

AJCC managed the $86 Million GMP Contract reviewing all submittals, change orders, payment applications, quality control punchlists and conducted a GMP audit at the close-out of the project to ensure every dollar was spent within the parameters of the GMP.

In addition to the GMP management above, AJCC provided Construction Management of a stand alone 5900sf shell sandwiched between three other structures concurrent with the hardscape construction surrounding it.  Combined scope value of $2.5M. Only the foundations and underground were installed prior to the hardscapes around shell with all vertical work, steel, masonry, roof, equipment, glazing etc installed After the surrounding sidewalks were and in order to complete both the hardscapes and the building at the same time and meet the Campus opening deadline.  A prime example of how AJCC can coordinate multiple contractors to get things done fast. 

AJCC also managed the site work construction of an additional 460 parking spaces on the property to complete the overall phase I development.
