Campus 244 is a prime example of how AJCC can think outside the box and get things done.  Working in conjunstion with the leadership of ASCD we coordinated and built a building, sandwiched between three other structures concurrent with the hardscape construction surrounding it.  Combined scope value of $2.5M. Only the foundations and underground were installed prior to the hardscapes around the 5900sf shell with all vertical work, steel, masonry, roof, equipment, glazing etc installed After the surrounding sidewalks were installed in order to complete both the hardscapes and the building at the same time and meet the Campus opening deadline.   A true testament to our ability to work as a team and do things a little different if need be to satisfy the owners needs.
