This fast track, typical 7 month build from dirt to grand opening was accelerated to just 4 months in order to meet tenant requested early turnover. AJCC worked closely with the landlord shell designer, the tenant interior designer, landlords shell contractors and tenant interior contractor to ensure a smoothly constructed project delivered on-time and on-budget. With AJCC’s extensive experience in fast-track methodology, the focus was on all procurement time lines so that no time was lost waiting on something to show up. AJCC also worked closely with all parties to ensure Quality despite the speed of construction.
